Watch Rachel Maddow highlights: March 6

The Georgia law would likely be unconstitutional because it
violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution where
the counterparty out of power would not get to choose their
choice of prosecutors to remove.  I'm pretty sure the USSC
will have no choice but to invalidate this law because it simply
allows too much chicanery to erode public faith in law enforcement
overall.  Try "too vague and unnecessary", prosecutors can always
be impeached for misconduct in a non-political way by the judiciary
thus making this an unneeded end-run around the courts and
putting prosecutions in the realm of politics.
