with it's sudden and chaotic withdrawal of aid and support, as well as it's
loss of secrets and it's displays of gross incompetence and ideological
misconfiture. Anyone who knows how these things work, also knows that
it will take time for the damage to work its way through to where it becomes
recognizable to all, but make no mistake it happens and, so far there is is
nothing being done to stop it. Patches are being made as judges stands up
for the rule of law, but that doesn't solve the underlying problem of an
administration that is incompetent and so ideologically driven that it
launches a new constitutional crisis almost hourly.

The capture of persons without judicial review for the purpose of providing
the due process of law that arrestees are entitled to, is called a "Kidnapping"!
🚨 MAJOR UPDATE on Trump DEFYING court order
The taking possession of a person without judicial review is lawfully termed
a "Kidnapping", because under American law "no person shall be deprived
of life or liberty without due process of law". The persons the Trump
administration kidnapped were illegally sent to prisons to be detained under
an illegal contract that a federal judge can and should order terminated and
the victims returned to the U.S. for judicial review of each case.
Trump Kept On Hold| War Back On| Chief Justice Gets Snippy
Because El Salvadore is being paid 6 million dollars to hold the deportees,
they are being held, not for crimes, but to fulfill what should be an illegal
contract. That being so, it derives that if the contract is canceled the deportees
would be either released or returned, depending on how the matter is
resolved. A Federal Judge can order the TA to terminate that illegal
contract and effect the return of the detainees for judicial review.
It turns out that because Trump's Adm avoided the required judicial
reviews, this was nothing but an illegal kidnapping and an illegal
contract, in an attempt to move and detain the victims beyond the U.S.
jurisdiction, it must fail, the contract must be terminated, and the
victims returned by Trump.
Trump is a repeat loser as his slash-and-burn rampage collides with U.S....
The "fired" workers will have to be paid for the time they were not working, contractors too, and the harm caused may be a costly liability where there will eventually have to be compensation made therefore.
Also Musk and Trump might be civilly liable because these actions were taken illegally and unlawful acts do not deserve any protection at law.
In the end, with loss of life and property, this could cast many times
what they ever dreamed could have been saved.

Believe me, after two weeks of being harassed by atrocious Presidential
orders you will all be screaming for the Dems to reopen the gov't but...
It cannot happen without the consent of the Republicans who are crazed with
the smell of their success. The more you scream in pain and suffering the
more they like it no matter what side of the aisle you voted on. Already
we're suffering catastrophic storms, wildfires, tornadoes, mudslides, and
the return of diseases like measles and bird flu, yet there are no FEMA or
CDC responses worthy of any note. Schumer has been through several
government shutdowns and that's how he knows what powers the
President will have because he's been involved in lengthy discussions
over the available resources. Most people who complain about not
"showing a spine", have no idea of the mess that was just dodged!
While, on the other side, I haven't heard one of his detractors cite
any substantial procedural reason(s) to support their emotionally
driven calls against Schumers strategy.

Trump is also paying El Salvadore 6 million dollars per year to keep these
deportees, which leads me to assume that if they are not paid they will
release them. If so, then perhaps they can be caused to be returned if
the payment can be clawed back or if El Salvadore has assets here that
could be attached, unless and until the men are returned. Just a thought.

Yes but, Schumer saved you from getting hosed biggly,
Sure you could have shut it down, but in a week or two
when people are missing checks and such they'll be screaming
for you to re-0pen it, but you need Republican votes for that and
they're going to give you one objectionable bill after another to
reopen it and you're going to have to reject them. They'll make
big of your rejections and you'll look like the bad guy. Eventually
you'll have had enough and you'll have to take whatever bill they
give you to open back up, nice try but, on top of what Trump
will do with the emergency powers the shutdown gives him, you
will lose so badly you'll be weeping and gnashing your teeth.
You would have "caught a tiger by the tail", Schumer saw it
because of his long experience with shutdowns.

men as prisoners, therefore:
It would seem that if the court ordered to freeze 6M of El Salvadore's

Okay, so now we know about how they missed "crossfire hurricane' and the 9/11 stuff, but that's still no excuse why they didn't consider counterintelligence work on what the KGB was doing with what they were learning about the Trump organization. EH?
It never occurred to anyone that the Russians might be doing more than just laundering money? The KGB is known worldwide for trying to acquire assets and how they go about doing it so... We certainly did not get our money's worth with our spymasters and FBI agents as well as the other intelligence agencies that were around. Not one of them thought to look a bit closer at this glaring red flag problem.
