Obviously, these lawyers do not want to be around or before the court saying one
thing only to have Trump come on the 6'oclock news and repudiate whatever they've
offered the court in his defense (remember the "Muslim Ban" debacle?), in this
most serious trial, should that happen his attorneys would be exposed to very
serious judicial review themselves. Only an 'F' grade lawyer would be willing
to chance that kind of exposure to be in such a high profile case which they'd
probably never in life be a part of ever.

Oh he knew what the records act proscribed, his lawyers would have been guilty
of malpractice if they had not described it to him as clearly and as many times
as necessary, their jobs and indeed their entire careers could be expected to

had failed to discharge this particular duty to their personal satisfaction regardless
of whatever the president might later do.

arsenal was immune from plunder, especially since it takes a huge capital
outlay to have and maintain such a weapon system. You be the judge as
to whether or not you believe Russia has somehow maintained it's unclear
arsenal through it all.
