Trump sent an unruly group of armed people, he had agitated with unnecessary misinformation, to the capitol building. The building where the vote counting he wanted to stop was taking place. Worse yet is he misled these people into thinking that the President was going to be there to lend his authority to their presence. Trump knew what to expect, he's no stranger to inciting his followers to violence without having to overtly give any orders. (Let the participal dangle. lol)

Seditious Conspiracy and Federal Law: The Basics
The federal law against seditious conspiracy can be found in Title 18 of the U.S. Code (which includes treason, rebellion, and similar offenses), specifically 18 U.S.C. § 2384. According to the statutory definition of sedition, it is a crime for two or more people within the jurisdiction of the United States:
To conspire to overthrow or destroy by force the government of the United States or to level war against them;
To oppose by force the authority of the United States government; to prevent, hinder, or delay by force the execution of any law of the United States; or
To take, seize, or possess by force any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof.
Keilar: Trump's GOP enablers have blood on their hands
Because it is not sane to allow a criminal President to issue pardons, once a president is accused of a crime, all pardons issued by him/her must be "provisional" contingent upon acquittal/conviction. If convicted, all pardons issued after the date of the crime accused, would be rescinded/reversed.
'The worst president ever. Period': Cuomo unloads on Trump
For my money, no president who is a "unindicted co-conspirator", who may be guilty of crimes, should not have any pardon powers other than "provisional" powers. Meaning that if the President is later convicted of having committed a crime earlier, would have, any pardons issued past the point of his crime, reversed. No criminal should have the power to pardon any other criminal or would be criminal.

$2000 Stimulus Checks Update and Political Update
State and local governments are cash strapped owing to the unprecedented fall in real estate values. Trillions of dollars in lost real estate values and rising pension costs are making it impossible for States and local governments to fully implement covid inoculation protocols as they would like. A national set of protocols is needed so that the nation is all on the same page. Also we need to innoculate Judges and court personnel, as well as persons arrested but not convicted. An arrest should not be a death warrant and court and law enforcement personnel's interaction with the public is as critical as the needs of medical personnel, so that must be looked at.
Could Trump be removed for inciting supporters to storm Capitol? | DW News
Can anyone imagine the chaos and turmoil if, instead of lying about marching with them, the Trump had actually been in front leading the armed crowd to the capitol building? What a state of confusion would have captured the capitol police and other LEO's there to assist. This is why The Trump must have his powers suspended and/or him removed from office.
Also, should it be determined that the Trump was, in fact, guilty of a crime, even if not indicted/convicted, before he issued a pardon, such pardons must be invalidated! The U.S. Government cannot be bound by the pardons and other acts committed by a criminal President.

'Give me one example': GOP lawmaker pressed on election objection
What I understand is that none of this claimed evidence has been presented in court where it could have resulted in supporting these claims. The failure to present in court stems from the fact that there is no evidence at all, just a lot of hot air from people who aren't intending to serve the people who elected them.

How LA Profits from City-Wide Homeless Crisis | Soledad Ursua
From state and municipal unfunded pension funds to reductions in police and enforcement to homelessness and drugs and evictions, it all works together to reduce the value of real estate which in turn reduces tax revenue, like a snowball rolling downhill the problems just keep compounding and growing. If money is not injected into the hands of the needy so they can attempt to climb back, it's going to take decades to get back. Without social safety nets that Saint Reagan destroyed, we may never get back to where we were and business cannot wait for the corrections, they will continue to bring in foreigners who have free college education at home, in place of an American who could not afford the tuition.
