zero evidence that his claims are true, perhaps he figures his Cannon
judge will give him a win, eh?

Because Putin is unable to govern he was unable to evaluate or
improve his military's ability to perform. Putin is a believer in his
ability to rule, but with nothing behind it, just giving orders does not
automatically translate into success. Now the world knows that
Putin does not have a world class military, if Putin mistakenly
decides that his nuclear arms might make it so he's wrong.
His nuclear armaments are probably in as bad or worse shape
than his military. Russia has come through some very tough times
but Putin has done nothing to improve the national economy whose
taxes and industry would have funded his military. So now he's
put the failure of "strong men" on display for all the world to see
what strong men will do to the nations that elect them.

When you go into the voting booth the question you should be asking
yourself is: "Do I expect this candidate to see to it that the law is
enforced and that my rights will be respected?" Because a candidate
who traffics in lies cannot be expected to observe the rule of law.
Liars are the antitheses of lawful observances. For example, if
your mortgage checks are not good and sufficient evidence that
you have made your mortgage payments what is? Your hard
evidence must be at least as good as Obama's birth certificate,
get it?

The little known story about the Third Reich is that Hitler was at
his "Wolf's Lair" he wanted a house in the neighborhood for his
sister. He looked around the area and found a house he believed
to be suitable and he asked the owner to sell it to him. The owner
refused to sell because the house had been in his family for several
generations and he wasn't going to be the one to dispose of it.
Well, this owner knew his rights under the law and so he believed
he could refuse to sell if he didn't want to and no one could undo
his decision. Little did he know that the people Hitler had appointed
to high offices were not loyal the German Constitution and it's laws
but were appointed because they were loyal to Hitler himself, instead.
So, the next day men in dark military uniforms came to his home and
asked him to accompany them. They kept him in an office downtown
without food or drink and his protests and requests as to what he had
done and why he was being treated this way fell on deaf ears. He was
put on a train to a place where he was told, the commander would be
able to sort things out for him. At Auschwitz he was told that indeed
he was right, since he wasn't Jewish he shouldn't be there, but they
said, you've had a long trip, take a shower and we'll straighten things
out later. Needless to say, the rule of law meant nothing without dedicated
people loyal to the Constitution and the law, to enforce it.

How does one expect this nation to be managed if we elect

Such people would appoint crazy people to other offices and

birth certificate eh? So how do you prove a thing if nobody
wants to listen to you?

Worse yet is the fact that under-equipped and supplied Russian
forces will find their scarce resources stretched even further by
Putin's ill-advised conscription and deployment of even more troops
without either training, motivation, or benefits of the wisdom of age

underfed as evidenced by them raiding supermarkets for food,
his next wave had to be hastily conscripted to replace his first wave
loses and there was neither time to train them properly nor any ability
to equip them properly. Even worse is the fact that they aren't
of optimum age for mobilization and yet, Putin expects them to
somehow perform even better than his first line troops. For sure
age is not treating Putin well, he seems to be living in some kind
of KGB dream lead where all he knows being torture, coercion
and threats of force are the only things that make a difference
in the world.
