Putin is probably delusional, his first wave of invaders were
underfed as evidenced by them raiding supermarkets for food,
his next wave had to be hastily conscripted to replace his first wave
loses and there was neither time to train them properly nor any ability
to equip them properly. Even worse is the fact that they aren't
of optimum age for mobilization and yet, Putin expects them to
somehow perform even better than his first line troops. For sure
age is not treating Putin well, he seems to be living in some kind
of KGB dream lead where all he knows being torture, coercion
and threats of force are the only things that make a difference
in the world.
