Is PALANTIR In Trouble — "The System that knew too much???"

QUIETLY NOW:
I would be worried that Palantir was involved in picking
those "drug boat" targets for the military and the girls
school in Iran.
First, the drug boats. If Palantir were picking targets for
Hegseth's attention, then they would have followed the
"trafficker" suspects from their labs/factories and to the
loading docks, this would mean that they could identify
the passengers on those boats, or the people who could
identify them. If Palantir collects and analyses the kind
and the quantity of data that is claimed, it would not be too
big a stretch to believe that they actually have that kind
of information in their systems. Of course, that could be
a serious problem, and worse, if they cannot or will not
produce such data that could become a point of some
very serious contention, worldwide.
Next up is the girls' school in Iran. If Palantir is the
source of the targeting of the school, then what the
heck is going on? They were theoretically monitoring
the traffic to and from the school for months at a
time, so how could they have missed the fact that
it should not have been on the target list? Or,
in the alternative, did the military simply go
rogue and ignore the data? So now there's
a potential fight between the military and
Palantir, hardly any doubt who would win
in such an event. Things just keep getting
more and more interesting as time goes on.
An interesting point i thought about... If any foreign country has a good and sufficient reason to believe that Palantir was the source of targeting for their citizens wrongly deprived of life or liberty, they have a cause of action against this private company that warrants judicial review and perhaps remediation.
That may also be true of private prison companies who also have a duty to see to it that they are not complicite in illegally depriving people of libery or life. The mere fact that ICE turned a person over for detention doesn't automatically confer any form of immunity. Once it becomes public knowledge that persons are being illegally arrested and held, these public companies have a duty to quickly investigate each detention to ensure that it is legal, or they too may be exposed to judicial review and remediation requirements.

While I'm not a medical professional, I have been
hospitalized more times in my life than I like. I've
had over 30 operations, so I have quite a bit of interest
in biology, science, and such. My take on him being in
the hospital for such a long time is that, he's probably
experiencing some sort of trouble that is requiring organ
support or coinciding with cognitive issues resulting from
poor organ performance/insufficiency or perhaps even
failure that
could require a transplant.
I know from experience that they do not want to
release people before they can clear most likely
conditions to follow, but in otherwise healthy patients
this is easily and quickly done if not in just a few days
then a week or two at most. As a consequence, I happen
to think, in my untutored opinion, he might not be at
deaths door, but at his age, I have to think he's "touch
and go" at best. I don't think they'd do the "weekend
at Bernie's" kind of thing, because life after Mitch
would be a special kind of intolerable for any medical
professional involved in such shenanigans.

Supreme Court FACES Congressional UPHEAVAL as Nation DEMANDS REFORM!!!
While voting rights are a serious matter, there is
something that is even more immediately serious
and dangerous, and that is the matters of both
Humphreys Executor taking away the power of
independent agencies to regulate by themselves,
and the ruling allowing the President the power
to simply fire anyone, excepting only the Fed
officials.
The problem with these rulings is to effectively
deregulate many things that should be subject
to very stringent, scientific, and medically
guided regulations. For example food safety
should never be allowed to be in the hands
of untutored, politically driven people with
myriad ideas of what regulations should be,
as opposed to the hands of those who are
strict advocates of scientifically proven
facts. Here is one note I found quite disturbing
on the net that speaks to the problems we
may already be facing. 
Here, in NYS, some time ago, the dairy industry
convinced the Governor to extend the time that
milk could be sold, he did it. The result? Milk
was going bad so fast that supermarkets and
stores had so much trouble making refunds
etc., that they began only sourcing from
suppliers that stuck to the old rules, as a
result, many suppliers lost their contracts and
went out of business in a great example
of "be careful what you wish for."
Now, while all of that may be interesting,
think about the E. coli and other food
recalls, additive changes based on findings
that scientific research has shown to be more
harmful than good. Think about the harm
that could be done if politically motivated
people were to have the power to ignore
the science and allow bad issues to go
on unaddressed until significant harm
to the population could not be ignored.
Even if you were dense enough to want
to allow that, consider the public trust
that would be lost, and how disruptive
that would be to the very markets that
those "interested merchants" would
face in the end. Clearly something must
be done.
