I think that by now we know the "playbook" where people seeking
power for power's sake gravitate toward picking on the apparently
helpless as a path to power. The homeless, the relatively small
trans population they believe they can walk all over without cost
and appear to be strong in public when they are actually weak as
we have discovered that most dictatorial "strongmen" usually are.
