As Al Sharpton says, this should not be covered by free speech law
because Fox did not advertise their programs as opinions or otherwise
characterize the offerings as something to be questioned, but they
instead advertised their offers as true, even using "fair and balanced"
as their slogan, all while lying to the public on critical political matter
that were both divisive and unAmerican. There is more than enough
danger to the nation in what Fox has done, to require that they be
bared from having permission to use the "airwaves" or engage in
media productions.
