If I am remembering some obscure maxim of law
I think I read many years ago, each day a cover-up
takes place is a separate count to be charged. I
would not risk bringing charges during this admin.,
because a pardon or other act of legal malfeasance
is likely to upset the applecart. The statute of
limitations is 5 years so there's no hurry.
