The only plan for regime change that ever had
a chance
at working is public education, but
capitalists don't want
that because the new
leaders would control the resources
that
made the exercise worth it.
Please note that the countries where regime change
was sought were countries with natural resources of
substantial value, that could not be more cheaply
accessed under the then-present regime.
