My guess is that many countries have lawyers who were trained at
Harvard, were able to look and knew that Trump's tariffs were illegal
and that they therefore did not have to negotiate anything with this
ignorant President and his sycophantic staff. Of course, those lawyers
associated with capitulating firms would not know this. lol
