First of all, if he wasn't holding up a classified document his guest would have
responded to that in various ways, that they did not have any response tell us

Secondly, I get the impression that he believes that the law can be made up
on the fly by simply insisting that it means whatever he wants it to mean. That
delusion is not going to work in a courtroom.
