Lunatic TX Cop Gets Caught Breaking The Law, Loses Job

As if the Police department doesn't have enough troubles to look after,  instead of fighting crime the Police are headstrong and drunk with the powers they're being entrusted with and not only creating trouble where none exists, they are also causing public funds to be wasted compensating the victims of their illegal acts.  You'd think that before an officer is entrusted with police powers they would be schooled in the law to the degree that, at the least, they'd know to eschew these kinds of simple violations of law.

I guess the public believes that their city council or executive offices would think to have their legal department prepare a law course for people to be hired as peace officers to ensure that they would not cost the taxpayers so much money in compensation to victims of police misconduct.  If you thought that you would be wrong, they practically just hand out badges and guns to all comers and sit back and wait for the expected to happen then hope that the matter can be covered up.  Please, give us a break with this stuff.
