Manchin and Sinima are doing McConnell's work for him, they will keep moving the goalpost until they grind Biden's agenda to dust. Every time Democrats compromise to meet their demands, either one the other or both will demand some additional changes to further weaken Biden's position. The plan is for obstructionism to hand the reins of government back to the Republican party just as it did for Adolf and his Third Reich. Obstructionism worked back then and it still works today, it seems people never get wise to the fact that the party out of power gets points from whatever obstructions occur. The group most driven by emotion is going to be the most persistent, we have got to get a clue or all will eventually be lost.
