Golly, it's already left South Africa and is now in Europe. People don't know that they're spreading the infections because they go for days without symptoms while they spread it. Up until they run into cause to be tested, they spread infection and, if they're not vaccinated they become mutation incubators increasing the danger to everyone around, especially since they're chancing the creation of a new and more virulent strain of the disease.
