Secretary Buttigieg: The Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal Is So Needed

The countries of the world, both big and small, are engaged in a plethora of infrastructure works both large and small.  China makes a big point of providing financing for big infrastructure projects for nations unlikely to be able to pay for them. Meanwhile, with Americas' infrastructure falling apart, we're intent on handing the next generation bigger problems without the infrastructure needed to pay for them.  Remember,  these repairs will only become more costly with the passage of time and the losses of torts.
