I'm surprised at the low caliber of the lawyer they have speaking. His defense, if you can call it that is: "What about Enron? What about Andersen? What about Worldcom?", whataboutism never plays well in a court of law. Try to imagine a bank robber telling the Judge and Jury: "Sure I robbed this bank but, what about Bonnie and Clyde, huh what about Jesse James and what about Al Capone, you must let me go free!" Yeah, right, that's gonna work eh? Hahaha
