Trump has driven the best people from his administration. He cannot hire anyone with real expertise because such people know better than to get involved with a lunatic who thinks facts/science doesn't matter and who willfully flouts the law, hiring sycophants and yes wo/men, praising loyalty and punishing truthfulness. You can see how insane the GOP is now that they have a real problem they must solve. They have no idea how to solve problems and their "solutions" are mere long held Republican dreams, crush the poor and feed the rich.
