Mr. Kemp needs to be sued in federal court for this criminal conduct. It is a fraud committed under color of law, using the powers of an official office. Nothing could be more antithetical to our understanding of U.S. Constitutional law and it needs to be addressed with some vigor, either by Stacy, the Democratic Party, the disenfranchised voters and/or any offended citizens of the state, or all of the above. Very heavy penalties should be sought and against anyone who assisted in this criminal activity. This time for severe personal, financial penalties for Mr. Kemp.
