Perhaps his doctor is too smart to give this at-risk person the actual dangerous drug.  Why not give him a placebo, eh? After all, how could he even begin to figure a way to determine the difference?  As long as he thinks he's taking the real drug he'll be happy.  Trouble is, he wasn't supposed to tell anyone, since that would blow the doctors cover and possibly force him to reveal that Trump was being fooled.  You know, like Putin, Xi and Kim Jung Un did to him.
