He's probably getting a placebo, no doctor would be stupid enough to give him this high risk drug, proven to have no prophylactic or curative effect, but does have proven contraindications, his weigh and lack of exercise, among other things like poor diet makes him at high risk of an unfortunate outcome. The only smart thing to do with this ignorant clown is to give him a fake pill and let him believe he's done something.
