by warships from China and Russia, so what's to say he
won't simply lie about a civil emergency serious enough
to warrant the declaration of martial law, to stop
The midterm elections, which he knows he's going to lose
His Congressional support? Support that so far has allowed
him to get away with outrageous lies, theft, and criminal
actions like ignoring the courts and the laws of the land.
