The DOJ has been so eviscerated I doubt
there is the expertise needed to try this case
if the DOJ wants to clear this thug.
Secondly, there is an anecdote circulating
that ICE agents may have formulated a
ruse of standing in front of a vehicle as a
way to justify shooting. Whether this will
be confirmed or not only time will tell but if
it is, it would destroy any trust in DOJ or ICE.
