1. I.C.E. Agents are not Law Enforcement Officers, who are
Officially known as Peace Officers.
2. Renee Good was trained as an observer, so I can speculate that
she knew what ICE agents could and could not legally do. Which
means she knew that without a warrant, she was legally entitled
to drive away.
3. No law requires one to identify themselves to a
ICE agent. The law says to a law enforcement or Peace Officer.
4. An arrest is only lawful when the officer believes that the person to
be arrested cannot be otherwise compelled to appear in answer.
