1. I.C.E. Agents are not Law Enforcement Officers, who are
Officially known as Peace Officers.
2. Remee Good was trained as an observer, so I can speculate that
she knew what I.C.E agents could and could not legally do. Which
means she knew that without a warrant, she was legally entitled
to drive away.
