After listening to the questions being raised, it causes me to ask myself...
If I were an organization seeking to commit a crime and get away with
it, why not supply a fall guy to grab the initial attention/arrest, etc.,
only to have the case fall apart much later because they arrested the
Wrong guy? This kind of plan counts on Leo's being "knee-jerk" in
their rush to solve the crime. Still, even this leaves questions unanswered.
Who knew where the cameras were located? Who knew the layout of the
day? Who scouted the area?
