Republicans again prove themselves to be mean, stupid, and vindictive.
Ask yourselves: "What, exactly, would this rancorous fight for redistricting
have done for you?" The answer is that unless you are wealthy, it would
do nothing but keep you suffering. They deprive the "not wealthy" of
important government services and assistance needed to keep Texas
a thriving multicultural, industrial mecca by suppressing the downtrodden
denial of healthcare for women, the ill, and infirm that the federal government
would re-emburse the state for. For the average Texan, voting Republican
is a lose, lose, lose situation, which is why they need to gerrymander
because their offerings are dispicable for the common person.
