What I don't understand is how the USSC can envision a mere
Presidential order overruling a Constitutional Law.
Especially since an Executive Order is only good for the term of
the issuer, meaning that the very next President can, and probably will
Restore the citizenship to all persons previously removed. In a mere
4 years, the proposition dramatically changes, but the harms are
permanently done, as some deportees will not survive the action.
