Staffers should not only be able to read, but able to synopsize bills quickly.
Obviously, an officeholder who doesn't hire competent staff is not going
to give voters a "good run for their money". Hardly a wonder then that
MTG was spending so much of her time on performances in the street
rather than discharging her duties in Congress.
