The fact that there is a contract that requires a payment of 6 million
dollars per year, is evidence of a contract to which Trump is a party
With El Salvador in an ongoing enterprise, which states a condition
that the contract will terminate upon non-payment at some future date.
Therefore, it derives that the paying partner in the contract has the
power to control the conditions under which the contract survives.
That also suggests, as contracts are generally understood, to give
Trump the power to, at least, request modifications of the contract
and/or the conditions under which the contract can survive.
