He is attempting to force women to carry troubled pregnancies to term against
their will, but also against their doctor's best advice/decisions as well. It is
extremely troubling since delayed medical treatment can also result in a
woman's permanent loss of fertility which is a mental disaster of biblical
proportions for the patient.
