The "Deep State" is the government workers who, over time have become skilled
in knowledge of the law, the Constitution, and the rules that protect the rights of
the people. Hitler took over a nation that also had a Constitution and a rule of
law, however, he replaced "the deep state" with people who were loyal to himself
above all else. Thus he had defeated the Constitution and the rule of law because
he had fired anyone who knew enough or had the courage to observe it.
