I don't understand all this turmoil in this age of tech. There's an opportunity
for more flexibility because workers can, through the use of electronic "on-call"
rooms online, where workers should be able to "throw in their cards" electronically
of course, if they're willing to work extra time or odd hours or even swap shifts etc.,
making for better working conditions for all.
