Obviously, the punitive damage award was insufficient to restrain the respondent
from repeating the offenses charged in that matter. Whereas we note for the
courts' information the respondent is a reported multi-billionaire thus it is
unsurprising that damages that amount to less than 1/1,000th or less of his
net worth would simply not be much of a hindrance to him, sufficient to reign
in his conduct.
