How soon we forget that the Iraq war created the opportunity
for 25 billion dollars of Iraq reconstruction fund money to disappear
down mysterious rat holes. This opportunity could not have
happened if Iraq had not been invaded, so the pretext was
a 25 Billion dollar opportunity.
