Xi's game is to increase Putin's dependence on him until
he weakens Putin to the point where he becomes a
captive. Xi knows the game well as does Putin but
Putin is very weak because of his misguided war, if
he wants to keep it up he's going to have to hand
over some of his power to Xi and he knows it. Xi will
feed on Putin because that's what dictators do.
