Hmmm... The DOJ hasn't a need to put the classified documents
into evidence at a criminal trial because the crime asserted is not
that classified documents were taken, but that Presidential records
act(s) were violated. The matter of violations of classified documents
acts is another matter entirely and does not require that the actual
documents be entered into evidence, but merely show that the
law was violated by mishandling documents that are, in fact, classified.
