Too painful to watch, but this is what happens when you have incompetent people in charge, they not only have no solutions/answers, they don't even care because they're focused only on themselves. Trump's actions were ineffective showboating with little to no substance behind them like a true conservative he essentially left everything up to the states where the red states did not care for the people, but for the wealthy.
