To rejoin the world community Russia must be required to pay/reimburse Ukraine for all the damages, pain and suffering they have caused by the illegal military action. The cases for this should be filed in the courts of the Nato countries the World Court and anywhere else where the power to compel compensatory and punitive damages to be paid. This "war" is not going to go on forever, eventually, Russia will need to seek to normalize foreign relations they must understand that there will be costs to be paid.
