Videos show Russian troops as they attempt to strangle key town

Since the Russians are stealing food from supermarkets it's likely they are also taking fuel from gas stations.  I'd say that before one abandons a gas station they might add chemicals to the fuel so as to damage the Russian vehicles that steal the fuel.
