Prosecutors need evidence that Trump knew that what he was doing was a crime? Well, don't his attempts to hide the evidence show that he knew that the records were records of criminal activity? If not then he is a very strange person who claims to know the law better than anyone and yet claims that he didn't know the law at all and only tried to hide the evidence for innocent reasons.
