Are you crazy? If either side, Russia or America is losing the envisioned war, one side or the other will reach for nuclear weapons. Here's the thing about that, if either America or Russia were to fire all their nukes the entire world dies from the fallout. That is why both sides are tiptoeing around the matter hoping for a solution that is politically acceptable.
