Gee, the body cam footage throws all the defense arguments out the window. It's clear that she knew all the time which weapon she had in her hand because the differences is completely and clearly unmistakable. Even the length of time she held and trained the weapon while holding that insurance card in her left hand, the hand that should have been occupied in the drawing of the tazer, is a dead give-away that puts the lie to her offers.
