Even if the documents Trump seeks to keep from the J-6-C were once secret, the classification was removed by President Biden when he approved their release to the committee. So, Trump has no case and his lawyers are incompetent boobs, hahaha! As you will see at the link above (in blue) the N/A contains both classified and public documents. If you want to know if documents are public, simply ask the person who holds the power to classify and declassify the documents, that would be the current President of the United States (POTUS). Were I one of Trump's lawyers on this case I would have to insist on money in front and I'd be prepared to leave the country the moment the USSC ruled. I wouldn't risk being sued for providing incompetent counsel. LOL.
