Blah, blah, blah, but you voted for the "Patriots Act" which no one in Congress had bothered to read. Oh yeah, and you didn't need much in the way of costs before voting for the "War Powers Act", eh? But now you've got this yak yak yakety yak yak yak unbelievably dishonest objection to a bill that helps the poor. I'd bet you'd vote for more tax cuts or another invasion of some foreign country without any undue delay right? Please Mr. Manchin give us a break we know who you are and what you're about.
