Facebook lawyer uses fallacious: "Big Wave eats little wave" argument.
For example: "To suggest that fixing my little wave would fix (Big Wave) all the ills of everything everywhere is unfair" No, no one thinks that the entire Republican Party and their followers is on Facebook, no one is suggesting it. What is being suggested is that those who are on Facebook are contributors to the problem because of facebook's effort to keep them engaged so that ad revenues increase.
