Gee, if I and/or the members of my party had traveled to Florida to attend a meeting with Trump specifically to discuss and plan the events to take place on January 6th, then I'm sure you'll agree that it would be abysmally stupid to allow a bipartisan commission to investigate it. You want any commission to be as partisan as is humanly possible so as to give you the talking points needed to obsfuscate, deny and otherwise compromise any faith in the results that might otherwise be obtained by a fair investigation. Jim Jordan is known as a genuine nutcase able to derail any train of thought if given the chance. The fact that he attended the J-6th planning meeting at Mar-a-Lago, ensures that he is culpable for the ensuing insanity.
