There once was a time when we could take the word of the authorities about matters, but now the authorities have been discovered to have lied to us several times, from the highest office in the land we were told there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and that they knew where these weapons were, they did not exist. George Floyds' death we were told was justified until we saw the video and a jury heard the case and rejected that offer based on the evidence they heard. So, we have no choice but to suspect subterfuge when we are told what is on videos that they refuse to let us see.
