I guess he'd like to explain what those secret meetings with Putin were all about, but alas, he can't be very convincing because he's told so many lies and he has no witnesses to back him up. He'd be horrified if he were to see signs saying "HELSINKI" being carried about or on T-shirts or face masks. What a horrible thing that would be, eh? My guess is he'd like to just forget Helsinki.
